We’re offering an annual salary of £23-25K per year, depending on experience.

This role is perfect for someone with 2-4 years’ professional experience working on customer video edits and shoots.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creatively minded video editor and camera operator to support the timely and efficient delivery of our video content. We’re looking for a real team player who’ll work collaboratively to ensure that our video content is engaging, creative and of the highest quality. Our team members are trusted, ambitious and conscientious.

 You’ll work from our North London office so you may believing in London or the surrounding area. You will hold a full, clean, UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle for shoot days.

You will be committed to meeting the highest creative standards, with a keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills to meet client deadlines. You should be comfortable with camera and lighting equipment, editing software and best practices, understanding client briefs and taking direction from Creatives.

• Competent using Adobe Premier, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Competent using Office 365, Vimeo, and Dropbox

• Can demonstrate edit skills in the following content types: promotional videos, case study videos, green screen videos, multi-cam videos, vertical social sizzles

• Can demonstrate intermediate level skills in motion text graphics and captions

• Strong communication skills

• Strong eye for detail and demonstrable experience adhering to quality assurance process

• Can-do attitude with a solution-oriented approach

• Strong interest in film and video trends and staying adept of technologies and treatments in a continually evolving content sector

• Lead on video post-production, using creative story-telling techniques in your edits to bring the videos to life

• Provide technical skills on shoot sets, supporting the filming and lighting

• Edit green screen videos and chroma-key backgrounds

• Support Two Fresh co-founders and Directors, and Lead Producer, in achieving Score Cards, meeting deadlines, and optimising the post-production and quality assurance process

• Edit engaging video content and sizzles for Two Fresh (and customer) marketing strategies and social media channels

• Produce creative show-stopping video edits for pitches andpresentations

• Create motion text graphics to optimise videos

• Research, identify and implement creative treatments and trending content styles

• Educated in film studies (or related creative subject area) to degree or post-graduate level

• Experience using Adobe Bridge, Lightroom, and AfterEffects

• Experience using Avid and Final Cut Pro

• Experience using content management systems or Notion

• Experience optimising digital filing systems, and post-production workflows

• Can demonstrate edit skills in long-form videos and feature-length films

• Can demonstrate skills in photography

• Can demonstrate skills in graphic design

• Access to kit, such as photography, video or lighting equipment
